To establish one or more factories and set up plant and machinery to manufacture Granulated Balanced Fertilizers and to carry on incidental and ancillary activities in the state of Himachal Pradesh & other Places.

To carry on the business as manufacturers, processors, producers, buyers, sellers, importers, exporters and dealers in either wholesale or retail and agents of:- All types of fertilizers including Nitrogenous and phosphoric fertilizers, insecticides, pesticides, natural manure, artificial manure, chemicals, weedicides, fungicides and remedies of all kinds of agricultural, vegetable, commercial crops and fruit growing or other similar purposes whether produced from vegetable or animal matter or by any chemical process and through wastes of industry and all types of packaging material thereof, and agricultural machinery, water pumps, engines, electric and diesel motors, tractors, other agricultural machinery, tools , implements, automobiles, jeeps, motor cars, motor cycles, trucks , lift vans, trolleys, conveyor belts and their spares.

To manufacture, produce, refine, process, formulate, buy, sell export-import or otherwise dealing all classes and kinds of chemicals including without limiting the generality of the foregoing laboratory and scientific chemicals, chemicals of any nature, used or capable of being used in the pharmaceutical industry, agricultural chemicals, drugs, medicines, fertilizers, petrochemicals, industrial chemicals or any mixtures, derivatives and compound thereof.

To carry on the business of manufacture of and to sell otherwise to deal in all kinds of hosiery goods, yarn, cotton and silk products, cotton/woolen carpets and their allied products.
